For orders within India, we ship through reputed courier services. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and our logistics partners. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier, natural calamities, strikes, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We offer a six-month plating warranty on our jewellery, valid from the date of delivery. This warranty covers
Damage issues, colour fading, manufacturing defect and plating issues

Please note, the warranty does not cover

Damages caused by exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or moisture.

Scratches, dents, or impact-related damage.

Mishandling, negligence, or tampering of the product.

In case of a valid claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or re-plate the product once during the warranty period. Proof of purchase will be required, and all warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SILZZE and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SILZZE and its affiliates from any loss, claim, or demand resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

All legal matters and disputes will be subject to Udaipur jurisdiction.
