At SILZZE, we aim to deliver your favorite silver jewelry to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship all orders through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket, which automatically assigns the best courier service available for your delivery location.
  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable, this will be mentioned at checkout).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package.
  • Tracking updates are managed by Shiprocket and the courier partner assigned.

Damaged / Delayed Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@silzze.com with photos of the package.
  • In case of shipping delays, we will assist you in tracking your order, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

 

**In the rare case that you receive an empty parcel or find a product missing, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. To help us resolve the issue smoothly, please share a 360° unpacking video of the parcel.

Kindly note that incomplete evidence or visible signs of tampering may make it difficult for us to honor your claim. In such situations, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision
