Return Policy 

At Silzze, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Every jewellery piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:.

  1. The product is unused and unworn
  2. The product is in original condition
  3. All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices are intact
  4. You provide a clear unboxing video as proof of condition
  5. Returns without proper proof may be rejected.

*In the rare case that you receive an empty parcel or find a product missing, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. To help us resolve the issue smoothly, please share a 360° unpacking video of the parcel.

Kindly note that incomplete evidence or visible signs of tampering may make it difficult for us to honor your claim. In such situations, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, wear and tear, or improper handling.

  • Customized, engraved, personalized, or altered jewellery.

  • If the product shows signs of:

    • Use

    • Scratches

    • Tarnishing due to wear

    • Perfume/chemical exposure

    • Damage or alteration


3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Right to Refuse

Silzze reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
